It is a news and information service only.
Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation, offer, or inducement to buy, sell, or hold any security or other financial instrument. Any prices, indices, valuations (including NAV estimates), ratings, or analysis are provided for general information only and may be indicative, delayed, estimated, or illustrative. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should obtain independent professional advice before acting.
Market and financial data are obtained from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Certain figures shown on the Site are clearly labelled as indicative, estimated, sample, or placeholder values and must not be relied upon as accurate market data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any content, and the Site may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Market data and related content are provided by third parties and remain subject to those providers' terms and intellectual-property rights. Where a provider requires attribution, it is shown on the relevant part of the Site (see "Data & Sources"). You may not extract, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any third-party data obtained through the Site except as permitted by the relevant provider.

We may decline, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion.
The Site may contain advertising, sponsored placements, and links to third-party websites. Sponsored content is identified as such. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of third-party sites or advertisers, and a link does not imply endorsement.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our operators, contributors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading or investment losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. [Insert any aggregate liability cap, e.g. amounts paid by you, if applicable.]
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you submit.
